A Question About States of Existence
“‘ဘဝေါ, ဘဝေါ'တိ, အာဝုသော သာရိပုတ္တ, ဝုစ္စတိ၊ ကတမော နု ခေါ, အာဝုသော, ဘဝေါ”တိ?
“Friend Sāriputta, they speak of these things called ‘states of existence’. What are states of existence?”
“တယောမေ, အာဝုသော, ဘဝါ၊ ကာမဘဝေါ, ရူပဘဝေါ, အရူပဘဝေါ—ဣမေ ခေါ, အာဝုသော, တယော ဘဝါ”တိ၊
“Friend, there are these three states of existence. Existence in the sensual realm, the realm of luminous form, and the formless realm. These are the three states of existence.”
“အတ္ထိ ပနာဝုသော, မဂ္ဂေါ အတ္ထိ ပဋိပဒါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယာ”တိ?
“But, friend, is there a path and a practice for completely understanding these three states of existence?”
“အတ္ထိ ခေါ, အာဝုသော, မဂ္ဂေါ အတ္ထိ ပဋိပဒါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယာ”တိ၊
“There is.” …
“ကတမော, ပနာဝုသော, မဂ္ဂေါ ကတမာ ပဋိပဒါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယာ”တိ? “အယမေဝ ခေါ, အာဝုသော, အရိယော အဋ္ဌင်္ဂိကော မဂ္ဂေါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယ, သေယျထိဒံ—သမ္မာဒိဋ္ဌိ …ပေ… သမ္မာသမာဓိ၊ အယံ ခေါ, အာဝုသော, မဂ္ဂေါ အယံ ပဋိပဒါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယာ”တိ၊ “ဘဒ္ဒကော, အာဝုသော, မဂ္ဂေါ ဘဒ္ဒိကာ ပဋိပဒါ, ဧတေသံ ဘဝါနံ ပရိညာယ၊ အလဉ္စ ပနာဝုသော သာရိပုတ္တ, အပ္ပမာဒါယာ”တိ၊
