“สตฺติมานิ, ภิกฺขเว, สํโยชนานิฯ กตมานิ สตฺต? อนุนยสํโยชนํ, ปฏิฆสํโยชนํ, ทิฏฺฐิสํโยชนํ, วิจิกิจฺฉาสํโยชนํ, มานสํโยชนํ, ภวราคสํโยชนํ, อวิชฺชาสํโยชนํฯ อิมานิ โข, ภิกฺขเว, สตฺต สํโยชนานี”ติฯ
“Bhikkhus, there are these seven fetters. What seven? The fetters of attraction, repulsion, views, doubt, conceit, desire to be reborn, and ignorance. These are the seven fetters.”
