ឆន្ទរាគសុត្ត
Desire and Greed
សាវត្ថិនិទានំ។
At Sāvatthī.
“យោ, ភិក្ខវេ, រូបស្មិំ ឆន្ទរាគោ តំ បជហថ។ ឯវំ តំ រូបំ បហីនំ ភវិស្សតិ ឧច្ឆិន្នមូលំ តាលាវត្ថុកតំ អនភាវង្កតំ អាយតិំ អនុប្បាទធម្មំ។
“Bhikkhus, give up desire and greed for form. Thus that form will be given up, cut off at the root, made like a palm stump, obliterated, and unable to arise in the future.
យោ វេទនាយ ឆន្ទរាគោ តំ បជហថ។ ឯវំ សា វេទនា បហីនា ភវិស្សតិ ឧច្ឆិន្នមូលា តាលាវត្ថុកតា អនភាវង្កតា អាយតិំ អនុប្បាទធម្មា។ យោ សញ្ញាយ ឆន្ទរាគោ តំ បជហថ។ ឯវំ សា សញ្ញា បហីនា ភវិស្សតិ ឧច្ឆិន្នមូលា តាលាវត្ថុកតា អនភាវង្កតា អាយតិំ អនុប្បាទធម្មា។ យោ សង្ខារេសុ ឆន្ទរាគោ តំ បជហថ។ ឯវំ តេ សង្ខារា បហីនា ភវិស្សន្តិ ឧច្ឆិន្នមូលា តាលាវត្ថុកតា អនភាវង្កតា អាយតិំ អនុប្បាទធម្មា។ យោ វិញ្ញាណស្មិំ ឆន្ទរាគោ តំ បជហថ។ ឯវំ តំ វិញ្ញាណំ បហីនំ ភវិស្សតិ ឧច្ឆិន្នមូលំ តាលាវត្ថុកតំ អនភាវង្កតំ អាយតិំ អនុប្បាទធម្មន៑”តិ។
Give up desire and greed for feeling … perception … functioning patterns … consciousness. Thus that consciousness will be given up, cut off at the root, made like a palm stump, obliterated, and unable to arise in the future.”
