Complete Understanding of the Exterior
“រូបេ, ភិក្ខវេ, អនភិជានំ អបរិជានំ អវិរាជយំ អប្បជហំ អភព្ពោ ទុក្ខក្ខយាយ។ សទ្ទេ … គន្ធេ … រសេ … ផោដ្ឋព្ពេ … ធម្មេ អនភិជានំ អបរិជានំ អវិរាជយំ អប្បជហំ អភព្ពោ ទុក្ខក្ខយាយ។
“Bhikkhus, without directly knowing and completely understanding sights … sounds … smells … tastes … touches … thoughts, without dispassion for them and giving them up, you can’t end suffering.
រូបេ ច ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, អភិជានំ បរិជានំ វិរាជយំ បជហំ ភព្ពោ ទុក្ខក្ខយាយ។ សទ្ទេ … គន្ធេ … រសេ … ផោដ្ឋព្ពេ … ធម្មេ អភិជានំ បរិជានំ វិរាជយំ បជហំ ភព្ពោ ទុក្ខក្ខយាយា”តិ។
