“จตฺตาโรเม, ภิกฺขเว, อนริยโวหาราฯ กตเม จตฺตาโร? อทิฏฺเฐ ทิฏฺฐวาทิตา, อสุเต สุตวาทิตา, อมุเต มุตวาทิตา, อวิญฺญาเต วิญฺญาตวาทิตา—อิเม โข, ภิกฺขเว, จตฺตาโร อนริยโวหารา”ติฯ
“Bhikkhus, there are these four ignoble expressions. What four? Saying you’ve seen, heard, thought, or known something, but you haven’t. These are the four ignoble expressions.”
