ជីវកម្ពវនសមាធិសុត្ត
On Samādhi at Jīvaka’s Mango Grove
ឯកំ សមយំ ភគវា រាជគហេ វិហរតិ ជីវកម្ពវនេ។ តត្រ ខោ ភគវា ភិក្ខូ អាមន្តេសិ: “ភិក្ខវោ”តិ …បេ…
At one time the Buddha was staying near Rājagaha in Jīvaka’s Mango Grove. There the Buddha addressed the bhikkhus:
“សមាធិំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ភាវេថ។ សមាហិតស្ស, ភិក្ខវេ, ភិក្ខុនោ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ។ កិញ្ច យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ?
“Bhikkhus, develop samādhi. For a bhikkhu with samādhi, things become truly clear. And what becomes truly clear?
ចក្ខុំ អនិច្ចន្តិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ, រូបា អនិច្ចាតិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ, ចក្ខុវិញ្ញាណំ អនិច្ចន្តិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ, ចក្ខុសម្ផស្សោ អនិច្ចោតិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ, យម្បិទំ ចក្ខុសម្ផស្សបច្ចយា ឧប្បជ្ជតិ វេទយិតំ សុខំ វា ទុក្ខំ វា អទុក្ខមសុខំ វា តម្បិ អនិច្ចន្តិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ …បេ…
It becomes truly clear that the eye, sights, eye consciousness, and eye contact are impermanent. And it also becomes truly clear that the painful, pleasant, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by eye contact is impermanent.
ជិវ្ហា អនិច្ចាតិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ …បេ… មនោ អនិច្ចោតិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ, ធម្មា អនិច្ចាតិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ …បេ… យម្បិទំ មនោសម្ផស្សបច្ចយា ឧប្បជ្ជតិ វេទយិតំ សុខំ វា ទុក្ខំ វា អទុក្ខមសុខំ វា តម្បិ អនិច្ចន្តិ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតិ។
It becomes truly clear that the ear … nose … tongue … body … mind, thoughts, mind consciousness, and mind contact are impermanent. And it also becomes truly clear that the painful, pleasant, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by mind contact is impermanent.
សមាធិំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ភាវេថ។ សមាហិតស្ស, ភិក្ខវេ, ភិក្ខុនោ យថាភូតំ ឱក្ខាយតី”តិ។
Bhikkhus, develop samādhi. For a bhikkhu with samādhi, things become truly clear.”
