Living Together (2nd)
“စတ္တာရောမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သံဝါသာ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော?
“Bhikkhus, there are four ways of living together. What four?
ဆဝေါ ဆဝါယ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ,
A male zombie living with a female zombie;
ဆဝေါ ဒေဝိယာ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ,
a male zombie living with a goddess;
ဒေဝေါ ဆဝါယ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ,
a god living with a female zombie;
ဒေဝေါ ဒေဝိယာ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ၊
a god living with a goddess.
ကထဉ္စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဆဝေါ ဆဝါယ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ၊ ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သာမိကော ဟောတိ ပါဏာတိပါတီ အဒိန္နာဒါယီ ကာမေသုမိစ္ဆာစာရီ မုသာဝါဒီ ပိသုဏဝါစော ဖရုသဝါစော သမ္ဖပ္ပလာပီ အဘိဇ္ဈာလု ဗျာပန္နစိတ္တော မိစ္ဆာဒိဋ္ဌိကော ဒုဿီလော ပါပဓမ္မော မစ္ဆေရမလပရိယုဋ္ဌိတေန စေတသာ အဂါရံ အဇ္ဈာဝသတိ အက္ကောသကပရိဘာသကော သမဏဗြာဟ္မဏာနံ; ဘရိယာပိဿ ဟောတိ ပါဏာတိပါတိနီ အဒိန္နာဒါယိနီ ကာမေသုမိစ္ဆာစာရိနီ မုသာဝါဒိနီ ပိသုဏဝါစာ ဖရုသဝါစာ သမ္ဖပ္ပလာပိနီ အဘိဇ္ဈာလုနီ ဗျာပန္နစိတ္တာ မိစ္ဆာဒိဋ္ဌိကာ ဒုဿီလာ ပါပဓမ္မာ မစ္ဆေရမလပရိယုဋ္ဌိတေန စေတသာ အဂါရံ အဇ္ဈာဝသတိ အက္ကောသိကပရိဘာသိကာ သမဏဗြာဟ္မဏာနံ၊ ဧဝံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဆဝေါ ဆဝါယ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ၊
And how does a male zombie live with a female zombie? It’s when the husband kills living creatures, steals, commits sexual misconduct; he uses speech that’s false, divisive, harsh, or nonsensical; and he’s covetous, malicious, and has wrong view. He’s unethical, of bad character, living at home with his heart full of the stain of stinginess, abusing and insulting ascetics and brahmins. And the wife is also … unethical, of bad character … That’s how a male zombie lives with a female zombie.
ကထဉ္စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဆဝေါ ဒေဝိယာ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သာမိကော ဟောတိ ပါဏာတိပါတီ …ပေ… မိစ္ဆာဒိဋ္ဌိကော ဒုဿီလော ပါပဓမ္မော မစ္ဆေရမလပရိယုဋ္ဌိတေန စေတသာ အဂါရံ အဇ္ဈာဝသတိ အက္ကောသကပရိဘာသကော သမဏဗြာဟ္မဏာနံ; ဘရိယာ ခွဿ ဟောတိ ပါဏာတိပါတာ ပဋိဝိရတာ အဒိန္နာဒါနာ ပဋိဝိရတာ ကာမေသုမိစ္ဆာစာရာ ပဋိဝိရတာ မုသာဝါဒါ ပဋိဝိရတာ ပိသုဏာယ ဝါစာယ ပဋိဝိရတာ ဖရုသာယ ဝါစာယ ပဋိဝိရတာ သမ္ဖပ္ပလာပါ ပဋိဝိရတာ အနဘိဇ္ဈာလုနီ အဗျာပန္နစိတ္တာ သမ္မာဒိဋ္ဌိကာ သီလဝတီ ကလျာဏဓမ္မာ ဝိဂတမလမစ္ဆေရေန စေတသာ အဂါရံ အဇ္ဈာဝသတိ အနက္ကောသိကပရိဘာသိကာ သမဏဗြာဟ္မဏာနံ၊ ဧဝံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဆဝေါ ဒေဝိယာ သဒ္ဓိံ သံဝသတိ၊
And how does a male zombie live with a goddess? It’s when the husband … is unethical, of bad character … But the wife doesn’t kill living creatures, steal, commit sexual misconduct, lie, or use alcoholic drinks that cause negligence. She doesn’t use speech that’s false, divisive, harsh, or nonsensical. And she’s contented, kind-hearted, with right view. She’s ethical, of good character, living at home with her heart rid of the stain of stinginess, not abusing and insulting ascetics and brahmins. That’s how a male zombie lives with a goddess.

These are the four ways of living together.” …
ဥဘော စ ဟောန္တိ ဒုဿီလာ, ကဒရိယာ ပရိဘာသကာ; တေ ဟောန္တိ ဇာနိပတယော, ဆဝါ သံဝါသမာဂတာ၊
သာမိကော ဟောတိ ဒုဿီလော, ကဒရိယော ပရိဘာသကော; ဘရိယာ သီလဝတီ ဟောတိ, ဝဒညူ ဝီတမစ္ဆရာ; သာပိ ဒေဝီ သံဝသတိ, ဆဝေန ပတိနာ သဟ၊
သာမိကော သီလဝါ ဟောတိ, ဝဒညူ ဝီတမစ္ဆရော; ဘရိယာ ဟောတိ ဒုဿီလာ, ကဒရိယာ ပရိဘာသိကာ; သာပိ ဆဝါ သံဝသတိ, ဒေဝေန ပတိနာ သဟ၊
ဥဘော သဒ္ဓါ ဝဒညူ စ, သညတာ ဓမ္မဇီဝိနော; တေ ဟောန္တိ ဇာနိပတယော, အညမညံ ပိယံဝဒါ၊
အတ္ထာသံ ပစုရာ ဟောန္တိ, ဖာသုကံ ဥပဇာယတိ; အမိတ္တာ ဒုမ္မနာ ဟောန္တိ, ဥဘိန္နံ သမသီလိနံ၊
ဣဓ ဓမ္မံ စရိတွာန, သမသီလဗ္ဗတာ ဥဘော; နန္ဒိနော ဒေဝလောကသ္မိံ, မောဒန္တိ ကာမကာမိနော”တိ၊
