အထ ခေါ အညတရော ဘိက္ခု …ပေ… ဧတဒဝေါစ:
Then a bhikkhu went up to the Buddha … and said to him:
“ကထံ နု ခေါ, ဘန္တေ, ဇာနတော ကထံ ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတီ”တိ?
“Sir, how does one know and see so that view of self is given up?”
“စက္ခုံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခု, အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ၊ ရူပေ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ၊ စက္ခုဝိညာဏံ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ၊ စက္ခုသမ္ဖဿံ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ၊ ယမ္ပိဒံ စက္ခုသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ …ပေ… ဇိဝှံ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ …ပေ…
“Bhikkhu, knowing and seeing the eye, sights, eye consciousness, and eye contact as not-self, view of self is given up. …
မနံ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတိ၊ ဓမ္မေ … မနောဝိညာဏံ … မနောသမ္ဖဿံ … ယမ္ပိဒံ မနောသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနတ္တတော ဇာနတော ပဿတော အတ္တာနုဒိဋ္ဌိ ပဟီယတီ”တိ၊
And also knowing and seeing the pleasant, painful, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by mind contact as not-self, view of self is given up.”

တဿုဒ္ဒါနံ
နန္ဒိက္ခယေန စတ္တာရော, ဇီဝကမ္ဗဝနေ ဒုဝေ; ကောဋ္ဌိကေန တယော ဝုတ္တာ, မိစ္ဆာ သက္ကာယ အတ္တနောတိ၊
