And what is that practice that’s conducive to Nibbana?
ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု စက္ခုံ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ, ရူပါ အနိစ္စာတိ ပဿတိ, စက္ခုဝိညာဏံ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ, စက္ခုသမ္ဖဿော အနိစ္စောတိ ပဿတိ၊ ယမ္ပိဒံ စက္ခုသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ …ပေ…
It’s when a bhikkhu sees that the eye, sights, eye consciousness, and eye contact are impermanent. And they see that the painful, pleasant, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by eye contact is also impermanent.
ဇိဝှါ အနိစ္စာတိ ပဿတိ, ရသာ အနိစ္စာတိ ပဿတိ, ဇိဝှါဝိညာဏံ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ, ဇိဝှါသမ္ဖဿော အနိစ္စောတိ ပဿတိ, ယမ္ပိဒံ ဇိဝှါသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ …ပေ… မနော အနိစ္စောတိ ပဿတိ, ဓမ္မာ အနိစ္စာတိ ပဿတိ, မနောဝိညာဏံ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ, မနောသမ္ဖဿော အနိစ္စောတိ ပဿတိ, ယမ္ပိဒံ မနောသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနိစ္စန္တိ ပဿတိ၊
They see that the ear … nose … tongue … body … mind, thoughts, mind-consciousness, and mind contact are impermanent. And they see that the painful, pleasant, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by mind contact is also impermanent.
အယံ ခေါ သာ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, နိဗ္ဗာနသပ္ပါယာ ပဋိပဒါ”တိ၊
This is that practice that’s conducive to Nibbana.”
