ဗာဟိရဒုက္ခဟေတုသုတ္တ

Exterior and Cause Are Suffering

“ရူပါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဒုက္ခာ၊ ယောပိ ဟေတု, ယောပိ ပစ္စယော ရူပါနံ ဥပ္ပါဒါယ, သောပိ ဒုက္ခော၊ ဒုက္ခသမ္ဘူတာ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ရူပါ ကုတော သုခါ ဘဝိဿန္တိ၊

“Bhikkhus, sights are suffering. The cause and reason that gives rise to sights is also suffering. Since sights are produced by what is suffering, how could they be happiness?

ဓမ္မာ ဒုက္ခာ၊ ယောပိ ဟေတု, ယောပိ ပစ္စယော ဓမ္မာနံ ဥပ္ပါဒါယ, သောပိ ဒုက္ခော၊ ဒုက္ခသမ္ဘူတာ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ ကုတော သုခါ ဘဝိဿန္တိ၊

Thoughts are suffering. The cause and reason that gives rise to thoughts is also suffering. Since thoughts are produced by what is suffering, how could they be happiness?

ဧဝံ ပဿံ …ပေ… နာပရံ ဣတ္ထတ္တာယာ'တိ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊

Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is no return to any state of existence.’”
