“උප්පාදා වා, භික්ඛවේ, තථාගතානං අනුප්පාදා වා තථාගතානං, ඨිතාව සා ධාතු ධම්මට්ඨිතතා ධම්මනියාමතා. සබ්බේ සඞ්ඛාරා අනිච්චා. තං තථාගතෝ අභිසම්බුජ්ඣති අභිසමේති. අභිසම්බුජ්ඣිත්වා අභිසමේත්වා ආචික්ඛති දේසේති පඤ්ඤාපේති පට්ඨපේති විවරති විභජති උත්තානීකරෝති: ‘සබ්බේ සඞ්ඛාරා අනිච්චා(අ)ති.
“Bhikkhus, whether Realized Ones arise or not, this law of nature persists, this regularity of natural principles, this invariance of natural principles: all conditions are impermanent. A Realized One understands this and comprehends it, then he explains, teaches, asserts, establishes, clarifies, analyzes, and reveals it: ‘All conditions are impermanent.’
