ပဌမသမယဝိမုတ္တသုတ္တ
Temporarily Free (1st)
“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ သမယဝိမုတ္တဿ ဘိက္ခုနော ပရိဟာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တိ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? ကမ္မာရာမတာ, ဘဿာရာမတာ, နိဒ္ဒါရာမတာ, သင်္ဂဏိကာရာမတာ, ယထာဝိမုတ္တံ စိတ္တံ န ပစ္စဝေက္ခတိ၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စ ဓမ္မာ သမယဝိမုတ္တဿ ဘိက္ခုနော ပရိဟာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these five things lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily free. What five? They relish work, talk, sleep, and company. And they don’t review the extent of their mind’s freedom. These five things lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily free.
ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ သမယဝိမုတ္တဿ ဘိက္ခုနော အပရိဟာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တိ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? န ကမ္မာရာမတာ, န ဘဿာရာမတာ, န နိဒ္ဒါရာမတာ, န သင်္ဂဏိကာရာမတာ, ယထာဝိမုတ္တံ စိတ္တံ ပစ္စဝေက္ခတိ၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စ ဓမ္မာ သမယဝိမုတ္တဿ ဘိက္ခုနော အပရိဟာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တီ”တိ၊
These five things don’t lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily free. What five? They don’t relish work, talk, sleep, and company. And they review the extent of their mind’s freedom. These five things don’t lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily free.”
