Hard to Get Rid Of
“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပ္ပန္နာ ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယာ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? ဥပ္ပန္နော ရာဂေါ ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယော, ဥပ္ပန္နော ဒေါသော ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယော, ဥပ္ပန္နော မောဟော ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယော, ဥပ္ပန္နံ ပဋိဘာနံ ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယံ, ဥပ္ပန္နံ ဂမိကစိတ္တံ ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယံ၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စ ဥပ္ပန္နာ ဒုပ္ပဋိဝိနောဒယာ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these five things are hard to get rid of once they’ve arisen. What five? Greed, hate, delusion, the feeling of being inspired to speak out, and thoughts of traveling. These five things are hard to get rid of once they’ve arisen.”

တဿုဒ္ဒါနံ
