“រញ្ញោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ចក្កវត្តិស្ស បាតុភាវា សត្តន្នំ រតនានំ បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ។ កតមេសំ សត្តន្នំ? ចក្ករតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, ហត្ថិរតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, អស្សរតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, មណិរតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, ឥត្ថិរតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, គហបតិរតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ, បរិណាយករតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ។ រញ្ញោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ចក្កវត្តិស្ស បាតុភាវា ឥមេសំ សត្តន្នំ រតនានំ បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ។
“Bhikkhus, when a Wheel-Turning Monarch appears seven treasures appear. What seven? The wheel, the elephant, the horse, the jewel, the woman, the treasurer, and the counselor. When a Wheel-Turning Monarch appears these seven treasures appear.
តថាគតស្ស, ភិក្ខវេ, បាតុភាវា អរហតោ សម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធស្ស សត្តន្នំ ពោជ្ឈង្គរតនានំ បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ។ កតមេសំ សត្តន្នំ? សតិសម្ពោជ្ឈង្គស្ស រតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ …បេ… ឧបេក្ខាសម្ពោជ្ឈង្គស្ស រតនស្ស បាតុភាវោ ហោតិ។ តថាគតស្ស, ភិក្ខវេ, បាតុភាវា អរហតោ សម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធស្ស ឥមេសំ សត្តន្នំ ពោជ្ឈង្គរតនានំ បាតុភាវោ ហោតី”តិ។
When a Realized One, a perfected one, a fully awakened Buddha appears the seven treasures of the awakening factors appear. What seven? The treasures of the awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, (mental) joy, tranquility, samādhi, and equanimity. When a Realized One, a perfected one, a fully awakened Buddha appears these seven treasures of the awakening factors appear.”
