“បញ្ចិមេ, ភិក្ខវេ, នីវរណា អន្ធករណា អចក្ខុករណា អញ្ញាណករណា បញ្ញានិរោធិកា វិឃាតបក្ខិយា អនិព្ពានសំវត្តនិកា។ កតមេ បញ្ច? កាមច្ឆន្ទនីវរណំ, ភិក្ខវេ, អន្ធករណំ អចក្ខុករណំ អញ្ញាណករណំ បញ្ញានិរោធិកំ វិឃាតបក្ខិយំ អនិព្ពានសំវត្តនិកំ។ ព្យាបាទនីវរណំ, ភិក្ខវេ …បេ… ថិនមិទ្ធនីវរណំ, ភិក្ខវេ …បេ… ឧទ្ធច្ចកុក្កុច្ចនីវរណំ, ភិក្ខវេ …បេ… វិចិកិច្ឆានីវរណំ, ភិក្ខវេ, អន្ធករណំ អចក្ខុករណំ អញ្ញាណករណំ បញ្ញានិរោធិកំ វិឃាតបក្ខិយំ អនិព្ពានសំវត្តនិកំ។ ឥមេ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ច នីវរណា អន្ធករណា អចក្ខុករណា អញ្ញាណករណា បញ្ញានិរោធិកា វិឃាតបក្ខិយា អនិព្ពានសំវត្តនិកា។
“Bhikkhus, these five hindrances are destroyers of sight, vision, and knowledge. They block wisdom, they’re on the side of anguish, and they don’t lead to Nibbana. What five? Sensual desire, ill will, dullness and drowsiness, restlessness and remorse, and doubt. These five hindrances are destroyers of sight, vision, and knowledge. សត្តិមេ, ភិក្ខវេ, ពោជ្ឈង្គា ចក្ខុករណា ញាណករណា បញ្ញាពុទ្ធិយា អវិឃាតបក្ខិយា និព្ពានសំវត្តនិកា។ កតមេ សត្ត? សតិសម្ពោជ្ឈង្គោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ចក្ខុករណោ ញាណករណោ បញ្ញាពុទ្ធិយោ អវិឃាតបក្ខិយោ និព្ពានសំវត្តនិកោ …បេ… ឧបេក្ខាសម្ពោជ្ឈង្គោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ចក្ខុករណោ ញាណករណោ បញ្ញាពុទ្ធិយោ អវិឃាតបក្ខិយោ និព្ពានសំវត្តនិកោ។ ឥមេ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, សត្ត ពោជ្ឈង្គា ចក្ខុករណា ញាណករណា បញ្ញាពុទ្ធិយា អវិឃាតបក្ខិយា និព្ពានសំវត្តនិកា”តិ។
These seven awakening factors are creators of vision and knowledge. They grow wisdom, they’re on the side of solace, and they lead to Nibbana. What seven? The awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, (mental) joy, tranquility, samādhi, and equanimity. These seven awakening factors are creators of vision and knowledge.
