Desire, Etc. for the Suffering Exterior
“យំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ទុក្ខំ, តត្រ វោ ឆន្ទោ បហាតព្ពោ, រាគោ បហាតព្ពោ, ឆន្ទរាគោ បហាតព្ពោ។ កិញ្ច, ភិក្ខវេ, ទុក្ខំ?
“Bhikkhus, you should give up desire … greed … desire and greed for what is suffering. And what is suffering?
រូបា, ភិក្ខវេ, ទុក្ខា; តត្រ វោ ឆន្ទោ បហាតព្ពោ, រាគោ បហាតព្ពោ, ឆន្ទរាគោ បហាតព្ពោ។ សទ្ទា … គន្ធា … រសា … ផោដ្ឋព្ពា … ធម្មា ទុក្ខា; តត្រ វោ ឆន្ទោ បហាតព្ពោ, រាគោ បហាតព្ពោ, ឆន្ទរាគោ បហាតព្ពោ។ យំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ទុក្ខំ, តត្រ វោ ឆន្ទោ បហាតព្ពោ, រាគោ បហាតព្ពោ, ឆន្ទរាគោ បហាតព្ពោ”តិ។
