“စတူဟိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော ယထာဘတံ နိက္ခိတ္တော ဧဝံ နိရယေ၊ ကတမေဟိ စတူဟိ? အနနုဝိစ္စ အပရိယောဂါဟေတွာ အဝဏ္ဏာရဟဿ ဝဏ္ဏံ ဘာသတိ, အနနုဝိစ္စ အပရိယောဂါဟေတွာ ဝဏ္ဏာရဟဿ အဝဏ္ဏံ ဘာသတိ, အနနုဝိစ္စ အပရိယောဂါဟေတွာ အပ္ပသာဒနီယေ ဌာနေ ပသာဒံ ဥပဒံသေတိ, အနနုဝိစ္စ အပရိယောဂါဟေတွာ ပသာဒနီယေ ဌာနေ အပ္ပသာဒံ ဥပဒံသေတိ—ဣမေဟိ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတူဟိ ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော ယထာဘတံ နိက္ခိတ္တော ဧဝံ နိရယေ၊
“Bhikkhus, someone with four qualities is cast down to hell. What four? Without examining or scrutinizing, they praise those deserving of criticism, and they criticize those deserving of praise. They arouse faith in things that are dubious, and they don’t arouse faith in things that are inspiring. Someone with these four qualities is cast down to hell.

Someone with four qualities is raised up to heaven. What four? After examining and scrutinizing, they criticize those deserving of criticism, and they praise those deserving of praise.
