A Stream-Enterer
သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊
At Sāvatthī.
“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓာ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? သေယျထိဒံ—ရူပုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော …ပေ… ဝိညာဏုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော၊ ယတော ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အရိယသာဝကော ဣမေသံ ပဉ္စန္နံ ဥပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓာနံ သမုဒယဉ္စ အတ္ထင်္ဂမဉ္စ အဿာဒဉ္စ အာဒီနဝဉ္စ နိဿရဏဉ္စ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ၊ အယံ ဝုစ္စတိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အရိယသာဝကော သောတာပန္နော အဝိနိပါတဓမ္မော နိယတော သမ္ဗောဓိပရာယနော”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these five grasping aggregates. What five? That is, the grasping aggregates of form, feeling, perception, functioning patterns, and consciousness. A noble disciple comes to truly understand these five grasping aggregates’ origin, ending, gratification, drawback, and escape. Such a noble disciple is called a stream-enterer, not liable to be reborn in the underworld, bound for awakening.”
