Awakened
“ឆយិមានិ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឥន្ទ្រិយានិ។ កតមានិ ឆ? ចក្ខុន្ទ្រិយំ, សោតិន្ទ្រិយំ, ឃានិន្ទ្រិយំ, ជិវ្ហិន្ទ្រិយំ, កាយិន្ទ្រិយំ, មនិន្ទ្រិយំ។
“Bhikkhus, there are these six faculties. What six? The faculties of the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind.
យាវកីវញ្ចាហំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឥមេសំ ឆន្នំ ឥន្ទ្រិយានំ សមុទយញ្ច អត្ថង្គមញ្ច អស្សាទញ្ច អាទីនវញ្ច និស្សរណញ្ច យថាភូតំ នាព្ភញ្ញាសិំ, នេវ តាវាហំ, ភិក្ខវេ, សទេវកេ លោកេ សមារកេ សព្រហ្មកេ សស្សមណព្រាហ្មណិយា បជាយ សទេវមនុស្សាយ ‘អនុត្តរំ សម្មាសម្ពោធិំ អភិសម្ពុទ្ធោៜតិ បច្ចញ្ញាសិំ។
As long as I didn’t truly understand these six faculties’ gratification, drawback, and escape, I didn’t announce my supreme perfect awakening in this world with its gods, Māras, and Brahmās, this population with its ascetics and brahmins, its gods and humans.
យតោ ច ខ្វាហំ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឥមេសំ ឆន្នំ ឥន្ទ្រិយានំ សមុទយញ្ច អត្ថង្គមញ្ច អស្សាទញ្ច អាទីនវញ្ច និស្សរណញ្ច យថាភូតំ អព្ភញ្ញាសិំ, អថាហំ, ភិក្ខវេ, សទេវកេ លោកេ សមារកេ សព្រហ្មកេ សស្សមណព្រាហ្មណិយា បជាយ សទេវមនុស្សាយ ‘អនុត្តរំ សម្មាសម្ពោធិំ អភិសម្ពុទ្ធោៜតិ បច្ចញ្ញាសិំ។
But when I did truly understand these six faculties’ gratification, drawback, and escape, I announced my supreme perfect awakening in this world with its gods, Māras, and Brahmās, this population with its ascetics and brahmins, its gods and humans.
ញាណញ្ច បន មេ ទស្សនំ ឧទបាទិ: ‘អកុប្បា មេ វិមុត្តិ, អយមន្តិមា ជាតិ, នត្ថិ ទានិ បុនព្ភវោៜ”តិ។
Knowledge and vision arose in me: ‘My freedom is unshakable; this is my last rebirth; now there’ll be no more future lives.’”
