សាវត្ថិនិទានំ។
At Sāvatthī.
“យោ, ភិក្ខវេ, រូបេសុ ឆន្ទរាគោ, ចិត្តស្សេសោ ឧបក្កិលេសោ។ យោ សទ្ទេសុ … យោ គន្ធេសុ … យោ រសេសុ … យោ ផោដ្ឋព្ពេសុ … យោ ធម្មេសុ ឆន្ទរាគោ, ចិត្តស្សេសោ ឧបក្កិលេសោ។ យតោ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ភិក្ខុនោ ឥមេសុ ឆសុ ឋានេសុ ចេតសោ ឧបក្កិលេសោ បហីនោ ហោតិ, នេក្ខម្មនិន្នញ្ចស្ស ចិត្តំ ហោតិ។ នេក្ខម្មបរិភាវិតំ ចិត្តំ កម្មនិយំ ខាយតិ, អភិញ្ញា សច្ឆិករណីយេសុ ធម្មេសូ”តិ។
“Bhikkhus, desire and greed for sights, sounds, smells, tastes, touches, or thoughts is a corruption of the mind. When a bhikkhu has given up mental corruption in these six cases, their mind inclines to renunciation. A mind imbued with renunciation is declared to be capable of directly knowing anything that can be realized.”
