“စက္ခုဿာဟံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အဿာဒပရိယေသနံ အစရိံ၊ ယော စက္ခုဿ အဿာဒေါ တဒဇ္ဈဂမံ၊ ယာဝတာ စက္ခုဿ အဿာဒေါ ပညာယ မေ သော သုဒိဋ္ဌော၊ စက္ခုဿာဟံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အာဒီနဝပရိယေသနံ အစရိံ၊ ယော စက္ခုဿ အာဒီနဝေါ တဒဇ္ဈဂမံ၊ ယာဝတာ စက္ခုဿ အာဒီနဝေါ ပညာယ မေ သော သုဒိဋ္ဌော၊ စက္ခုဿာဟံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, နိဿရဏပရိယေသနံ အစရိံ၊ ယံ စက္ခုဿ နိဿရဏံ တဒဇ္ဈဂမံ၊ ယာဝတာ စက္ခုဿ နိဿရဏံ, ပညာယ မေ တံ သုဒိဋ္ဌံ၊
“Bhikkhus, I went in search of the eye’s gratification, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of the eye’s gratification. I went in search of the eye’s drawback, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of the eye’s drawback. I went in search of escape from the eye, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of escape from the eye.

I went in search of the ear’s … nose’s … tongue’s … body’s … mind’s gratification, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of the mind’s gratification. I went in search of the mind’s drawback, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of the mind’s drawback. I went in search of escape from the mind, and I found it. I’ve seen clearly with wisdom the full extent of escape from the mind.
ယာဝကီဝဉ္စာဟံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဣမေသံ ဆန္နံ အဇ္ဈတ္တိကာနံ အာယတနာနံ အဿာဒဉ္စ အဿာဒတော, အာဒီနဝဉ္စ အာဒီနဝတော, နိဿရဏဉ္စ နိဿရဏတော ယထာဘူတံ နာဗ္ဘညာသိံ …ပေ…
As long as I didn’t truly understand these six interior sense fields’ gratification, drawback, and escape for what they are, I didn’t announce my supreme perfect awakening …
ပစ္စညာသိံ၊
But when I did truly understand …
ဉာဏဉ္စ ပန မေ ဒဿနံ ဥဒပါဒိ: ‘အကုပ္ပါ မေ ဝိမုတ္တိ, အယမန္တိမာ ဇာတိ, နတ္ထိ ဒါနိ ပုနဗ္ဘဝေါ'”တိ၊
Knowledge and vision arose in me: ‘My freedom is unshakable; this is my last rebirth; now there’ll be no more future lives.’”
