1. Impermanence
အဇ္ဈတ္တာနိစ္စာတီတာနာဂတသုတ္တ
The Interior as Impermanent in the Three Times
“စက္ခုံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနိစ္စံ အတီတာနာဂတံ; ကော ပန ဝါဒေါ ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နဿ၊
“Bhikkhus, the eye of the past and future is impermanent, let alone the present.
ဧဝံ ပဿံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သုတဝါ အရိယသာဝကော အတီတသ္မိံ စက္ခုသ္မိံ အနပေက္ခော ဟောတိ; အနာဂတံ စက္ခုံ နာဘိနန္ဒတိ; ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နဿ စက္ခုဿ နိဗ္ဗိဒါယ ဝိရာဂါယ နိရောဓာယ ပဋိပန္နော ဟောတိ၊
Seeing this, a learned noble disciple doesn’t worry about the eye of the past, they don’t look forward to enjoying the eye in the future, and they practice for disillusionment, dispassion, and cessation regarding the eye in the present.
သောတံ အနိစ္စံ … ဃာနံ အနိစ္စံ … ဇိဝှါ အနိစ္စာ အတီတာနာဂတာ; ကော ပန ဝါဒေါ ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နာယ၊ ဧဝံ ပဿံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သုတဝါ အရိယသာဝကော အတီတာယ ဇိဝှါယ အနပေက္ခော ဟောတိ; အနာဂတံ ဇိဝှံ နာဘိနန္ဒတိ; ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နာယ ဇိဝှါယ နိဗ္ဗိဒါယ ဝိရာဂါယ နိရောဓာယ ပဋိပန္နော ဟောတိ၊ ကာယော အနိစ္စော …ပေ… မနော အနိစ္စော အတီတာနာဂတော; ကော ပန ဝါဒေါ ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နဿ၊
The ear … nose … tongue … body … mind of the past and future is impermanent, let alone the present.
ဧဝံ ပဿံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သုတဝါ အရိယသာဝကော အတီတသ္မိံ မနသ္မိံ အနပေက္ခော ဟောတိ; အနာဂတံ မနံ နာဘိနန္ဒတိ; ပစ္စုပ္ပန္နဿ မနဿ နိဗ္ဗိဒါယ ဝိရာဂါယ နိရောဓာယ ပဋိပန္နော ဟောတီ”တိ၊
