အဇ္ဈတ္တာနတ္တသုတ္တ

The Interior as Not-Self

“စက္ခုံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနတ္တာ၊ ယဒနတ္တာ တံ ‘နေတံ မမ, နေသောဟမသ္မိ, န မေသော အတ္တာ'တိ ဧဝမေတံ ယထာဘူတံ သမ္မပ္ပညာယ ဒဋ္ဌဗ္ဗံ၊

“Bhikkhus, the eye is not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’

သောတံ အနတ္တာ …ပေ… ဃာနံ အနတ္တာ … ဇိဝှါ အနတ္တာ … ကာယော အနတ္တာ … မနော အနတ္တာ၊ ယဒနတ္တာ တံ ‘နေတံ မမ, နေသောဟမသ္မိ, န မေသော အတ္တာ'တိ ဧဝမေတံ ယထာဘူတံ သမ္မပ္ပညာယ ဒဋ္ဌဗ္ဗံ၊

The ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’

ဧဝံ ပဿံ …ပေ… နာပရံ ဣတ္ထတ္တာယာတိ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊

Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is no return to any state of existence.’”
