The Haven
“បរាយនញ្ច វោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ទេសេស្សាមិ បរាយនគាមិញ្ច មគ្គំ។ តំ សុណាថ។
“Bhikkhus, I will teach you the haven and the path that leads to the haven. Listen …
កតមញ្ច, ភិក្ខវេ, បរាយនំ? យោ, ភិក្ខវេ, រាគក្ខយោ ទោសក្ខយោ មោហក្ខយោ—ឥទំ វុច្ចតិ, ភិក្ខវេ, បរាយនំ។
And what is the haven? The ending of greed, hate, and delusion. This is called the haven.
កតមោ ច, ភិក្ខវេ, បរាយនគាមី មគ្គោ? កាយគតាសតិ។ អយំ វុច្ចតិ, ភិក្ខវេ, បរាយនគាមិមគ្គោ។
And what is the path that leads to the haven? Mindfulness of the body. This is called the path that leads to the haven.
ឥតិ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ទេសិតំ វោ មយា បរាយនំ, ទេសិតោ បរាយនគាមិមគ្គោ។ យំ, ភិក្ខវេ, សត្ថារា ករណីយំ សាវកានំ ហិតេសិនា អនុកម្បកេន អនុកម្បំ ឧបាទាយ, កតំ វោ តំ មយា។ ឯតានិ, ភិក្ខវេ, រុក្ខមូលានិ, ឯតានិ សុញ្ញាគារានិ។ ឈាយថ, ភិក្ខវេ, មា បមាទត្ថ; មា បច្ឆា វិប្បដិសារិនោ អហុវត្ថ។ អយំ វោ អម្ហាកំ អនុសាសនី”តិ។
So, bhikkhus, I’ve taught you the haven and the path that leads to the haven. Out of compassion, I’ve done what a teacher should do who wants what’s best for their disciples. Here are these roots of trees, and here are these empty huts. Practice jhāna, bhikkhus! Don’t be negligent! Don’t regret it later! This is my instruction to you.”

ទុតិយោ វគ្គោ។
តស្សុទ្ទានំ
អសង្ខតំ អនតំ អនាសវំ, សច្ចញ្ច បារំ និបុណំ សុទុទ្ទសំ; អជជ្ជរំ ធុវំ អបលោកិតំ, អនិទស្សនំ និប្បបញ្ច សន្តំ។
អមតំ បណីតញ្ច សិវញ្ច ខេមំ, តណ្ហាក្ខយោ អច្ឆរិយញ្ច អព្ភុតំ; អនីតិកំ អនីតិកធម្មំ, និព្ពានមេតំ សុគតេន ទេសិតំ។
អព្យាពជ្ឈោ វិរាគោ ច, សុទ្ធិ មុត្តិ អនាលយោ; ទីបោ លេណញ្ច តាណញ្ច, សរណញ្ច បរាយនន្តិ។
អសង្ខតសំយុត្តំ សមត្តំ។
