Disillusionment
“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ ဘာဝိတာ ဗဟုလီကတာ ဧကန္တနိဗ္ဗိဒါယ ဝိရာဂါယ နိရောဓာယ ဥပသမာယ အဘိညာယ သမ္ဗောဓာယ နိဗ္ဗာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these five things, when developed and cultivated, lead solely to disillusionment, dispassion, cessation, peace, insight, awakening, and Nibbana.
ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု အသုဘာနုပဿီ ကာယေ ဝိဟရတိ, အာဟာရေ ပဋိကူလသညီ, သဗ္ဗလောကေ အနဘိရတသညီ, သဗ္ဗသင်္ခါရေသု အနိစ္စာနုပဿီ, မရဏသညာ ခေါ ပနဿ အဇ္ဈတ္တံ သူပဋ္ဌိတာ ဟောတိ၊
What five? A bhikkhu meditates watching, again and again, the ugliness of the body, perceives the repulsiveness of food, perceives non-obsession with the whole world, observes the impermanence of all conditions, and has well established the perception of their own death.
ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စ ဓမ္မာ ဘာဝိတာ ဗဟုလီကတာ ဧကန္တနိဗ္ဗိဒါယ ဝိရာဂါယ နိရောဓာယ ဥပသမာယ အဘိညာယ သမ္ဗောဓာယ နိဗ္ဗာနာယ သံဝတ္တန္တီ”တိ၊
