“စတ္တာရိမာနိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, နာဂတိဂမနာနိ၊ ကတမာနိ စတ္တာရိ? န ဆန္ဒာဂတိံ ဂစ္ဆတိ, န ဒေါသာဂတိံ ဂစ္ဆတိ, န မောဟာဂတိံ ဂစ္ဆတိ, န ဘယာဂတိံ ဂစ္ဆတိ—ဣမာနိ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတ္တာရိ နာဂတိဂမနာနီတိ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these four ways of making unprejudiced decisions. What four? Making decisions unprejudiced by favoritism, hostility, stupidity, and cowardice. These are the four ways of making unprejudiced decisions.
ဆန္ဒာ ဒေါသာ ဘယာ မောဟာ, ယော ဓမ္မံ နာတိဝတ္တတိ; အာပူရတိ တဿ ယသော, သုက္ကပက္ခေဝ စန္ဒိမာ”တိ၊
If you don’t act against the teaching out of favoritism, hostility, cowardice, and stupidity, your fame swells, like the moon in the waxing fortnight.”
