Observing Impermanence
សាវត្ថិនិទានំ។
At Sāvatthī.
“សទ្ធាបព្ពជិតស្ស, ភិក្ខវេ, កុលបុត្តស្ស អយមនុធម្មោ ហោតិ—យំ រូបេ អនិច្ចានុបស្សី វិហរេយ្យ។ វេទនាយ … សញ្ញាយ … សង្ខារេសុ … វិញ្ញាណេ អនិច្ចានុបស្សី វិហរេយ្យ …បេ… ‘បរិមុច្ចតិ ទុក្ខស្មាៜតិ វទាមី”តិ។
“Bhikkhus, when a gentleman has gone forth out of faith, this is what’s in line with the teachings. They should meditate watching, again and again, impermanence in form, feeling, perception, functioning patterns, and consciousness. … They’re freed from suffering, I say.”
