အဘိဇာနသုတ္တ
Directly Knowing
သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊
At Sāvatthī.
“ရူပံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနဘိဇာနံ အပရိဇာနံ အဝိရာဇယံ အပ္ပဇဟံ အဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယ;
“Bhikkhus, without directly knowing and completely understanding form, without dispassion for it and giving it up, you can’t end suffering.
ဝေဒနံ အနဘိဇာနံ အပရိဇာနံ အဝိရာဇယံ အပ္ပဇဟံ အဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယ; သညံ အနဘိဇာနံ … သင်္ခါရေ အနဘိဇာနံ အပရိဇာနံ အဝိရာဇယံ အပ္ပဇဟံ အဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယ; ဝိညာဏံ အနဘိဇာနံ အပရိဇာနံ အဝိရာဇယံ အပ္ပဇဟံ အဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယ၊
Without directly knowing and completely understanding feeling … perception … functioning patterns … consciousness, without dispassion for it and giving it up, you can’t end suffering.
ရူပဉ္စ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အဘိဇာနံ ပရိဇာနံ ဝိရာဇယံ ပဇဟံ ဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယ;
By directly knowing and completely understanding form, having dispassion for it and giving it up, you can end suffering.
ဝေဒနံ အဘိဇာနံ … သညံ … သင်္ခါရေ … ဝိညာဏံ အဘိဇာနံ ပရိဇာနံ ဝိရာဇယံ ပဇဟံ ဘဗ္ဗော ဒုက္ခက္ခယာယာ”တိ၊
