သဟေတုအနတ္တသုတ္တ

Not-Self With Its Cause

သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊

At Sāvatthī.

“ရူပံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနတ္တာ၊ ယောပိ ဟေတု ယောပိ ပစ္စယော ရူပဿ ဥပ္ပါဒါယ, သောပိ အနတ္တာ၊ အနတ္တသမ္ဘူတံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ရူပံ ကုတော အတ္တာ ဘဝိဿတိ၊

“Bhikkhus, form is not-self. The cause and reason that gives rise to form is also not-self. Since form is produced by what is not-self, how could it be self?

ဝေဒနာ အနတ္တာ …

Feeling is not-self …

သညာ အနတ္တာ …

Perception is not-self …

သင်္ခါရာ အနတ္တာ …

Functioning patterns are not-self …

ဝိညာဏံ အနတ္တာ၊ ယောပိ ဟေတု ယောပိ ပစ္စယော ဝိညာဏဿ ဥပ္ပါဒါယ, သောပိ အနတ္တာ၊ အနတ္တသမ္ဘူတံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဝိညာဏံ ကုတော အတ္တာ ဘဝိဿတိ၊

Consciousness is not-self. The cause and reason that gives rise to consciousness is also not-self. Since consciousness is produced by what is not-self, how could it be self?

ဧဝံ ပဿံ …ပေ… နာပရံ ဣတ္ထတ္တာယာ'တိ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊

Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is no return to any state of existence.’”
