ယံဒုက္ခသုတ္တ
That Which is Suffering
သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊
At Sāvatthī.
“ရူပံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဒုက္ခံ၊ ယံ ဒုက္ခံ တဒနတ္တာ; ယဒနတ္တာ တံ ‘နေတံ မမ, နေသောဟမသ္မိ, န မေသော အတ္တာ'တိ ဧဝမေတံ ယထာဘူတံ သမ္မပ္ပညာယ ဒဋ္ဌဗ္ဗံ၊
“Bhikkhus, form is suffering. What’s suffering is not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’

သညာ ဒုက္ခာ …
Perception is suffering …
သင်္ခါရာ ဒုက္ခာ …
Functioning patterns are suffering …
ဝိညာဏံ ဒုက္ခံ၊ ယံ ဒုက္ခံ တဒနတ္တာ; ယဒနတ္တာ တံ ‘နေတံ မမ, နေသောဟမသ္မိ, န မေသော အတ္တာ'တိ ဧဝမေတံ ယထာဘူတံ သမ္မပ္ပညာယ ဒဋ္ဌဗ္ဗံ၊
Consciousness is suffering. What’s suffering is not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’
ဧဝံ ပဿံ …ပေ… နာပရံ ဣတ္ထတ္တာယာ'တိ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊
Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is no return to any state of existence.’”
