“ဒသယိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ မဟပ္ဖလာ မဟာနိသံသာ, နာညတြ သုဂတဝိနယာ၊ ကတမေ ဒသ? သမ္မာဒိဋ္ဌိ …ပေ… သမ္မာဝိမုတ္တိ—ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဒသ ဓမ္မာ မဟပ္ဖလာ မဟာနိသံသာ, နာညတြ သုဂတဝိနယာ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these ten things are not very fruitful and beneficial apart from the Holy One’s training. What ten? Right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right samādhi, right knowledge, and right freedom. These are the ten things that are not very fruitful and beneficial apart from the Holy One’s training.”
