“ဒသယိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ အနုပ္ပန္နာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇန္တိ, နာညတြ သုဂတဝိနယာ၊ ကတမေ ဒသ? သမ္မာဒိဋ္ဌိ …ပေ… သမ္မာဝိမုတ္တိ—ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဒသ ဓမ္မာ အနုပ္ပန္နာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇန္တိ, နာညတြ သုဂတဝိနယာ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these ten things don’t arise apart from the Holy One’s training. What ten? Right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right samādhi, right knowledge, and right freedom. These are the ten things that don’t arise apart from the Holy One’s training.”
