Good Qualities
“သတ္တိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သဒ္ဓမ္မာ၊ ကတမေ သတ္တ? သဒ္ဓေါ ဟောတိ, ဟိရီမာ ဟောတိ, ဩတ္တပ္ပီ ဟောတိ, ဗဟုဿုတော ဟောတိ, အာရဒ္ဓဝီရိယော ဟောတိ, သတိမာ ဟောတိ, ပညဝါ ဟောတိ၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သတ္တ သဒ္ဓမ္မာ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these seven good qualities. What seven? Someone is faithful, conscientious, prudent, learned, energetic, mindful, and wise. These are the seven good qualities.”

တဿုဒ္ဒါနံ
ဘိက္ခုံ သမဏော ဗြာဟ္မဏော, သောတ္တိယော စေဝ နှာတကော; ဝေဒဂူ အရိယော အရဟာ, အသဒ္ဓမ္မာ စ သဒ္ဓမ္မာတိ၊
