အဓိကရဏသမထသုတ္တ
Settlement of Disciplinary Issues
“သတ္တိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အဓိကရဏသမထာ ဓမ္မာ ဥပ္ပန္နုပ္ပန္နာနံ အဓိကရဏာနံ သမထာယ ဝူပသမာယ၊ ကတမေ သတ္တ? သမ္မုခါဝိနယော ဒါတဗ္ဗော, သတိဝိနယော ဒါတဗ္ဗော, အမူဠှဝိနယော ဒါတဗ္ဗော, ပဋိညာတကရဏံ ဒါတဗ္ဗံ, ယေဘုယျသိကာ ဒါတဗ္ဗာ, တဿပါပိယသိကာ ဒါတဗ္ဗာ, တိဏဝတ္ထာရကော ဒါတဗ္ဗော၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သတ္တ အဓိကရဏသမထာ ဓမ္မာ ဥပ္ပန္နုပ္ပန္နာနံ အဓိကရဏာနံ သမထာယ ဝူပသမာယာ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these seven principles for the settlement of any disciplinary issues that might arise. What seven? Removal in the presence of those concerned is applicable. Removal by accurate recollection is applicable. Removal due to recovery from madness is applicable. The acknowledgement of the offense is applicable. The decision of a majority is applicable. A verdict of aggravated misconduct is applicable. Covering over with grass is applicable. These are the seven principles for the settlement of any disciplinary issues that might arise.”
