“ပဋိသလ္လာနေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ယောဂမာပဇ္ဇထ၊ ပဋိသလ္လီနော, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ၊ ကိဉ္စ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ?
“Bhikkhus, meditate in retreat. A bhikkhu in retreat truly understands. What do they truly understand?
‘စက္ခု အနိစ္စန်'တိ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ; ‘ရူပါ အနိစ္စာ'တိ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ; ‘စက္ခုဝိညာဏံ အနိစ္စန်'တိ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ; ‘စက္ခုသမ္ဖဿော အနိစ္စော'တိ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ …ပေ… ‘ယမ္ပိဒံ မနောသမ္ဖဿပစ္စယာ ဥပ္ပဇ္ဇတိ ဝေဒယိတံ သုခံ ဝါ ဒုက္ခံ ဝါ အဒုက္ခမသုခံ ဝါ တမ္ပိ အနိစ္စန်'တိ ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတိ၊
They truly understand that the eye is impermanent. They truly understand that sights … eye consciousness … eye contact … the pleasant, painful, or neutral feeling that arises conditioned by mind contact is impermanent.
ပဋိသလ္လာနေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ယောဂမာပဇ္ဇထ၊ ပဋိသလ္လီနော, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု ယထာဘူတံ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊
