“យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, អតីតមទ្ធានំ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា អហេសុំ មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា។ យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, អនាគតមទ្ធានំ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា ភវិស្សន្តិ មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា។ យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឯតរហិ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា។
“Bhikkhus, all the ascetics and brahmins in the past, future, or present who are mighty and powerful have become so by developing and cultivating the four bases of psychic power.
កតមេសំ ចតុន្នំ? ឥធ, ភិក្ខវេ, ភិក្ខុ ឆន្ទសមាធិប្បធានសង្ខារសមន្នាគតំ ឥទ្ធិបាទំ ភាវេតិ, វីរិយសមាធិ …បេ… ចិត្តសមាធិ … វីមំសាសមាធិប្បធានសង្ខារសមន្នាគតំ ឥទ្ធិបាទំ ភាវេតិ។ យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, អតីតមទ្ធានំ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា អហេសុំ មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ឥមេសំយេវ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា។ យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, អនាគតមទ្ធានំ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា ភវិស្សន្តិ មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ឥមេសំយេវ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា។ យេ ហិ កេចិ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឯតរហិ សមណា វា ព្រាហ្មណា វា មហិទ្ធិកា មហានុភាវា, សព្ពេ តេ ឥមេសំយេវ ចតុន្នំ ឥទ្ធិបាទានំ ភាវិតត្តា ពហុលីកតត្តា”តិ។
What four? It’s when a bhikkhu develops the basis of psychic power that has samādhi due to enthusiasm … energy … mental development … inquiry, and active effort. All the ascetics and brahmins in the past, future, or present who are mighty and powerful have become so by developing and cultivating the four bases of psychic power.”
