“චත්තාරෝමේ, භික්ඛවේ, පුග්ගලා සන්තෝ සංවිජ්ජමානා ලෝකස්මිං. කතමේ චත්තාරෝ?
“These four people are found in the world. What four?
ඕණතෝණතෝ,
One sunk low who sinks lower,
ඕණතුණ්ණතෝ,
one sunk low who rises high,
උණ්ණතෝණතෝ,
one risen high who sinks low, and
උණ්ණතුණ්ණතෝ.
one risen high who rises higher.
… ඉමේ ඛෝ, භික්ඛවේ, චත්තාරෝ පුග්ගලා සන්තෝ සංවිජ්ජමානා ලෝකස්මින්”ති.
