The Exterior as Suffering
“រូបា, ភិក្ខវេ, ទុក្ខា។ យំ ទុក្ខំ តទនត្តា; យទនត្តា តំ ‘នេតំ មម, នេសោហមស្មិ, ន មេសោ អត្តាៜតិ ឯវមេតំ យថាភូតំ សម្មប្បញ្ញាយ ទដ្ឋព្ពំ។ សទ្ទា … គន្ធា … រសា … ផោដ្ឋព្ពា … ធម្មា ទុក្ខា។ យំ ទុក្ខំ តទនត្តា។ យទនត្តា តំ ‘នេតំ មម, នេសោហមស្មិ, ន មេសោ អត្តាៜតិ ឯវមេតំ យថាភូតំ សម្មប្បញ្ញាយ ទដ្ឋព្ពំ។
“Bhikkhus, sights are suffering. What’s suffering is not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’ …”
ឯវំ បស្សំ …បេ… នាបរំ ឥត្ថត្តាយាតិ បជានាតី”តិ។
