The Teaching of the Noble Ones
“အရိယဓမ္မဉ္စ ဝေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဒေသေဿာမိ အနရိယဓမ္မဉ္စ၊ တံ သုဏာထ …ပေ… ကတမော စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနရိယော ဓမ္မော? ပါဏာတိပါတော …ပေ… မိစ္ဆာဒိဋ္ဌိ—အယံ ဝုစ္စတိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနရိယော ဓမ္မော၊
“Bhikkhus, I will teach you the teaching of the noble ones, and what is not the teaching of the noble ones. Listen and apply your mind well, I will speak. … And what is not the teaching of the noble ones? Killing living creatures … wrong view. This is called what is not the teaching of the noble ones.
ကတမော စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အရိယော ဓမ္မော? ပါဏာတိပါတာ ဝေရမဏီ …ပေ… သမ္မာဒိဋ္ဌိ—အယံ ဝုစ္စတိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အရိယော ဓမ္မော”တိ၊
And what is the teaching of the noble ones? Not killing living creatures … right view. This is called the teaching of the noble ones.”
