In That Respect
“បញ្ចិមានិ, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមស្ស ពលានិ។ កតមានិ បញ្ច?
“Bhikkhus, there are these five powers of a female. What five?
រូបពលំ, ភោគពលំ, ញាតិពលំ, បុត្តពលំ, សីលពលំ។
Attractiveness, wealth, relatives, children, and ethical behavior.
រូបពលេន ច, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ សមន្នាគតោ ហោតិ, ន ច ភោគពលេន—ឯវំ សោ តេនង្គេន អបរិបូរោ ហោតិ។ យតោ ច ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ រូបពលេន ច សមន្នាគតោ ហោតិ, ភោគពលេន ច—ឯវំ សោ តេនង្គេន បរិបូរោ ហោតិ។
A female who has the power of attractiveness but not the power of wealth is incomplete in that respect. But when she has the power of attractiveness and the power of wealth she’s complete in that respect.
រូបពលេន ច, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ សមន្នាគតោ ហោតិ, ភោគពលេន ច, ន ច ញាតិពលេន—ឯវំ សោ តេនង្គេន អបរិបូរោ ហោតិ។ យតោ ច ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ រូបពលេន ច សមន្នាគតោ ហោតិ, ភោគពលេន ច, ញាតិពលេន ច—ឯវំ សោ តេនង្គេន បរិបូរោ ហោតិ។
A female who has the powers of attractiveness and wealth, but not the power of relatives is incomplete in that respect. But when she has the powers of attractiveness, wealth, and relatives she’s complete in that respect.

ឥមានិ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ច មាតុគាមស្ស ពលានី”តិ។
These are the five powers of a female.”
