Year of the Horse 2026: Energy, freedom and a new beginning

The Chinese New Year 2026 brings to the fore one of the most dynamic figures of the zodiac: the Horse. Associated with movement, courage and the desire to move forward, this symbol announces a year of change, initiative and progress.

Happy Chinese New Year!

For the year 2026, the festive image of the holiday is represented by the Lucky Horse (吉祥马) – a mascot that combines tradition with modern artistic expression and transmits optimism, vitality and confidence in the future.

Present in festive decorations and cultural creations, the Lucky Horse accompanies the atmosphere of Chinese New Year celebrations both in China and in communities around the world.

In Chinese culture, the horse occupies a special place: it is a symbol of speed, perseverance and success achieved through effort.

Traditional expressions such as “在分分” (immediate success) reflect the desire for rapid success and constant evolution.

The horse is seen as a free spirit, fearlessly moving forward and inspiring the courage to embark on new paths.

The celebration of the Chinese Year of the Horse begins on February 17, 2026 and ends with the Lantern Festival on March 3, a time of reunions, color, light, and hope.
