“စတ္တာရောမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ ဘာဝိတာ ဗဟုလီကတာ မဟာပညတာယ သံဝတ္တန္တိ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော? သပ္ပုရိသသံသေဝေါ, သဒ္ဓမ္မဿဝနံ, ယောနိသောမနသိကာရော, ဓမ္မာနုဓမ္မပ္ပဋိပတ္တိ—ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတ္တာရော ဓမ္မာ ဘာဝိတာ ဗဟုလီကတာ မဟာပညတာယ သံဝတ္တန္တီ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, when four things are developed and cultivated they lead to great wisdom. What four? Associating with good people, listening to the true teaching, rational application of mind, and practicing in line with the teaching. When these four things are developed and cultivated they lead to great wisdom.”
