“သေယျထာပိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဂင်္ဂါ နဒီ ပါစီနနိန္နာ ပါစီနပေါဏာ ပါစီနပဗ္ဘာရာ; ဧဝမေဝ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဘာဝေန္တော စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဗဟုလီကရောန္တော နိဗ္ဗာနနိန္နော ဟောတိ နိဗ္ဗာနပေါဏော နိဗ္ဗာနပဗ္ဘာရော၊
“Bhikkhus, the Ganges river slants, slopes, and inclines to the east. In the same way, a bhikkhu who develops and cultivates the four bases of psychic power slants, slopes, and inclines to Nibbana.
ကထဉ္စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဘာဝေန္တော စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဗဟုလီကရောန္တော နိဗ္ဗာနနိန္နော ဟောတိ နိဗ္ဗာနပေါဏော နိဗ္ဗာနပဗ္ဘာရော? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု ဆန္ဒသမာဓိပ္ပဓာနသင်္ခါရသမန္နာဂတံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒံ ဘာဝေတိ, ဝီရိယသမာဓိ …ပေ… စိတ္တသမာဓိ … ဝီမံသာသမာဓိပ္ပဓာနသင်္ခါရသမန္နာဂတံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒံ ဘာဝေတိ၊
And how does a bhikkhu who develops the four bases of psychic power slant, slope, and incline to Nibbana? It’s when a bhikkhu develops the basis of psychic power that has samādhi due to enthusiasm … energy … mental development … inquiry, and active effort.
ဧဝံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဘာဝေန္တော စတ္တာရော ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒေ ဗဟုလီကရောန္တော နိဗ္ဗာနနိန္နော ဟောတိ နိဗ္ဗာနပေါဏော နိဗ္ဗာနပဗ္ဘာရော”တိ၊
That’s how a bhikkhu who develops and cultivates the four bases of psychic power slants, slopes, and inclines to Nibbana.”

တဿုဒ္ဒါနံ
ဆ ပါစီနတော နိန္နာ, ဆ နိန္နာ စ သမုဒ္ဒတော; ဒွေတေ ဆ ဒွါဒသ ဟောန္တိ, ဝဂ္ဂေါ တေန ပဝုစ္စတီတိ၊
Six on slanting to the east, and six on slanting to the ocean; these two sixes make twelve, and that’s how this chapter is recited.
