Incredible Things About the Wheel-Turning Monarch
“စတ္တာရောမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အစ္ဆရိယာ အဗ္ဘုတာ ဓမ္မာ ရညေ စက္ကဝတ္တိမှိ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော?
“Bhikkhus, there are these four incredible and amazing things about a wheel-turning monarch. What four?
သစေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ခတ္တိယပရိသာ ရာဇာနံ စက္ကဝတ္တိံ ဒဿနာယ ဥပသင်္ကမတိ, ဒဿနေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ တတြ စေ ရာဇာ စက္ကဝတ္တီ ဘာသတိ, ဘာသိတေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ အတိတ္တာဝ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ခတ္တိယပရိသာ ဟောတိ, အထ ရာဇာ စက္ကဝတ္တီ တုဏှီ ဘဝတိ၊
If an assembly of khattiya class persons goes to see a wheel-turning monarch, they’re uplifted by seeing him and uplifted by hearing him speak. And when he falls silent, they’ve never had enough.

If an assembly of brahmins … householders … or ascetics goes to see a wheel-turning monarch, they’re uplifted by seeing him and uplifted by hearing him speak. And when he falls silent, they’ve never had enough.
ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတ္တာရော အစ္ဆရိယာ အဗ္ဘုတာ ဓမ္မာ ရညေ စက္ကဝတ္တိမှိ၊
These are the four incredible and amazing things about a wheel-turning monarch.
ဧဝမေဝံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတ္တာရော အစ္ဆရိယာ အဗ္ဘုတာ ဓမ္မာ အာနန္ဒေ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော?
In the same way, there are these four incredible and amazing things about Ānanda. What four?
သစေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခုပရိသာ အာနန္ဒံ ဒဿနာယ ဥပသင်္ကမတိ, ဒဿနေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ တတြ စေ အာနန္ဒော ဓမ္မံ ဘာသတိ, ဘာသိတေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ အတိတ္တာဝ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခုပရိသာ ဟောတိ, အထ အာနန္ဒော တုဏှီ ဘဝတိ၊

သစေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခုနိပရိသာ …ပေ… သစေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပါသကပရိသာ …ပေ… သစေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပါသိကာပရိသာ အာနန္ဒံ ဒဿနာယ ဥပသင်္ကမတိ, ဒဿနေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ တတြ စေ အာနန္ဒော ဓမ္မံ ဘာသတိ, ဘာသိတေနပိ သာ အတ္တမနာ ဟောတိ၊ အတိတ္တာဝ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပါသိကာပရိသာ ဟောတိ, အထ အာနန္ဒော တုဏှီ ဘဝတိ၊
