“ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အတီတမဒ္ဓါနံ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရိံသု, သဗ္ဗေ တေ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ၊ ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနာဂတမဒ္ဓါနံ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရိဿန္တိ, သဗ္ဗေ တေ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ၊ ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧတရဟိ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရန္တိ, သဗ္ဗေ တေ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ၊
“Bhikkhus, all the bhikkhus in the past … future … present who realize the undefiled freedom of heart and freedom by wisdom in this very life, and who live having realized it with their own insight due to the ending of defilements, do so by developing and cultivating the four bases of psychic power.
ကတမေသံ စတုန္နံ? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု ဆန္ဒသမာဓိပ္ပဓာနသင်္ခါရသမန္နာဂတံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒံ ဘာဝေတိ, ဝီရိယသမာဓိ …ပေ… စိတ္တသမာဓိ …ပေ… ဝီမံသာသမာဓိပ္ပဓာနသင်္ခါရသမန္နာဂတံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒံ ဘာဝေတိ၊ ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အတီတမဒ္ဓါနံ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရိံသု သဗ္ဗေ တေ ဣမေသံယေဝ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ၊ ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အနာဂတမဒ္ဓါနံ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရိဿန္တိ, သဗ္ဗေ တေ ဣမေသံယေဝ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ၊ ယေ ဟိ ကေစိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧတရဟိ ဘိက္ခူ အာသဝါနံ ခယာ အနာသဝံ စေတောဝိမုတ္တိံ ပညာဝိမုတ္တိံ ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ သယံ အဘိညာ သစ္ဆိကတွာ ဥပသမ္ပဇ္ဇ ဝိဟရန္တိ, သဗ္ဗေ တေ ဣမေသံယေဝ စတုန္နံ ဣဒ္ဓိပါဒါနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ”တိ၊
What four? It’s when a bhikkhu develops the basis of psychic power that has samādhi due to enthusiasm … energy … mental development … inquiry, and active effort. All the bhikkhus in the past … future … present who realize the undefiled freedom of heart and freedom by wisdom in this very life, and who live having realized it with their own insight due to the ending of defilements, do so by developing and cultivating these four bases of psychic power.”
