“သေယျထာပိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ယေ ကေစိ ဗလကရဏီယာ ကမ္မန္တာ ကယိရန္တိ, သဗ္ဗေ တေ ပထဝိံ နိဿာယ ပထဝိယံ ပတိဋ္ဌာယ ဧဝမေတေ ဗလကရဏီယာ ကမ္မန္တာ ကယိရန္တိ; ဧဝမေဝ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု သီလံ နိဿာယ သီလေ ပတိဋ္ဌာယ စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဘာဝေတိ, စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဗဟုလီကရောတိ၊
“Bhikkhus, all the hard work that gets done depends on the earth and is grounded on the earth. In the same way, a bhikkhu develops and cultivates the four right efforts depending on and grounded on ethics.
ကထဉ္စ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု သီလံ နိဿာယ သီလေ ပတိဋ္ဌာယ စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဘာဝေတိ, စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဗဟုလီကရောတိ? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု အနုပ္ပန္နာနံ ပါပကာနံ အကုသလာနံ ဓမ္မာနံ အနုပ္ပါဒါယ ဆန္ဒံ ဇနေတိ ဝါယမတိ ဝီရိယံ အာရဘတိ စိတ္တံ ပဂ္ဂဏှာတိ ပဒဟတိ …ပေ… ဥပ္ပန္နာနံ ကုသလာနံ ဓမ္မာနံ ဌိတိယာ အသမ္မောသာယ ဘိယျောဘာဝါယ ဝေပုလ္လာယ ဘာဝနာယ ပါရိပူရိယာ ဆန္ဒံ ဇနေတိ ဝါယမတိ ဝီရိယံ အာရဘတိ စိတ္တံ ပဂ္ဂဏှာတိ ပဒဟတိ၊
How so? It’s when a bhikkhu generates enthusiasm, tries, makes an effort, exerts the mind, and strives so that bad, unskillful qualities don’t arise. … so that skillful qualities that have arisen remain, are not lost, but increase, mature, and are completed by development.
ဧဝံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဘိက္ခု သီလံ နိဿာယ သီလေ ပတိဋ္ဌာယ စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဘာဝေတိ, စတ္တာရော သမ္မပ္ပဓာနေ ဗဟုလီကရောတီ”တိ၊
That’s how a bhikkhu develops and cultivates the four right efforts depending on and grounded on ethics.”

ဗလံ ဗီဇဉ္စ နာဂေါ စ, ရုက္ခော ကုမ္ဘေန သူကိယာ; အာကာသေန စ ဒွေ မေဃာ, နာဝါ အာဂန္တုကာ နဒီတိ၊
Hard work, seeds, and dragons, a tree, a pot, and a spike, the sky, and two on clouds, a ship, a guest house, and a river.
