“‘អយំ កាយេ កាយានុបស្សនាៜតិ មេ, ភិក្ខវេ, បុព្ពេ អននុស្សុតេសុ ធម្មេសុ ចក្ខុំ ឧទបាទិ, ញាណំ ឧទបាទិ, បញ្ញា ឧទបាទិ, វិជ្ជា ឧទបាទិ, អាលោកោ ឧទបាទិ។ ‘សា ខោ បនាយំ កាយេ កាយានុបស្សនា ភាវេតព្ពាៜតិ មេ, ភិក្ខវេ …បេ… ភាវិតាៜតិ មេ, ភិក្ខវេ, បុព្ពេ អននុស្សុតេសុ ធម្មេសុ ចក្ខុំ ឧទបាទិ, ញាណំ ឧទបាទិ, បញ្ញា ឧទបាទិ, វិជ្ជា ឧទបាទិ, អាលោកោ ឧទបាទិ។
“‘This is watching, again and again, an aspect of the body.’ Such, bhikkhus, was the vision, knowledge, wisdom, realization, and light that arose in me regarding teachings not learned before from another. ‘Watching, again and again, an aspect of the body should be developed.’ … ‘This observation of an aspect of the body has been developed.’ Such was the vision, knowledge, wisdom, realization, and light that arose in me regarding teachings not learned before from another.
