A Laywoman
“දසහි, භික්ඛවේ, ධම්මේහි සමන්නාගතා උපාසිකා යථාභතං නික්ඛිත්තා ඒවං නිරයේ. කතමේහි දසහි? පාණාතිපාතිනී හෝති …පේ… මිච්ඡාදිට්ඨිකා හෝති …. ඉමේහි ඛෝ, භික්ඛවේ, දසහි ධම්මේහි සමන්නාගතා උපාසිකා යථාභතං නික්ඛිත්තා ඒවං නිරයේ.
“A laywoman with ten qualities is cast down to hell. What ten? She kills living creatures. … She has wrong view. … A laywoman with these ten qualities is cast down to hell.
දසහි, භික්ඛවේ, ධම්මේහි සමන්නාගතා උපාසිකා යථාභතං නික්ඛිත්තා ඒවං සග්ගේ. කතමේහි දසහි? පාණාතිපාතා පටිවිරතා හෝති …පේ… සම්මාදිට්ඨිකා හෝති …. ඉමේහි ඛෝ, භික්ඛවේ, දසහි ධම්මේහි සමන්නාගතා උපාසිකා යථාභතං නික්ඛිත්තා ඒවං සග්ගේ”.
