สาวตฺถินิทานํฯ
At Sāvatthī.
“จตโสฺส อิมา, ภิกฺขเว, นาคโยนิโยฯ กตมา จตโสฺส? อณฺฑชา นาคา, ชลาพุชา นาคา, สํเสทชา นาคา, โอปปาติกา นาคา—อิมา โข, ภิกฺขเว, จตโสฺส นาคโยนิโย”ติฯ
“Bhikkhus, dragons reproduce in these four ways. What four? Dragons are born from eggs, from a womb, from moisture, or spontaneously. These are the four ways that dragons reproduce.”
