“စတူဟိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော အရိယသာဝကော သောတာပန္နော ဟောတိ အဝိနိပါတဓမ္မော နိယတော သမ္ဗောဓိပရာယဏော၊
“Bhikkhus, a noble disciple who has four things is a stream-enterer, not liable to be reborn in the underworld, bound for awakening.
ကတမေဟိ စတူဟိ? ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အရိယသာဝကော ဗုဒ္ဓေ အဝေစ္စပ္ပသာဒေန သမန္နာဂတော ဟောတိ—ဣတိပိ သော ဘဂဝါ …ပေ… သတ္ထာ ဒေဝမနုဿာနံ ဗုဒ္ဓေါ ဘဂဝါတိ၊ ဓမ္မေ …ပေ… သင်္ဃေ …ပေ… အရိယကန္တေဟိ သီလေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော ဟောတိ အခဏ္ဍေဟိ …ပေ… သမာဓိသံဝတ္တနိကေဟိ၊ ဣမေဟိ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတူဟိ ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော အရိယသာဝကော သောတာပန္နော ဟောတိ အဝိနိပါတဓမ္မော နိယတော သမ္ဗောဓိပရာယဏော”တိ၊
What four? It’s when a noble disciple has experiential confidence in the Buddha … the teaching … the Saṅgha … And they have the ethical conduct loved by the noble ones … leading to samādhi. A noble disciple who has these four things is a stream-enterer, not liable to be reborn in the underworld, bound for awakening.”
